Rick Mann is an attorney who attended Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, and graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in education (1968), and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law (1970). He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern Division, and the Ohio Supreme Court. He is a widely published author and speaker who has served as primary State Legal Counsel for the Ohio Association of Secondary Administrators since 1974.
